Responsibilities Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences. Continually seeks merchandising techniques to maximize sales in the Grocery department. Responsible for receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise, rotating products for freshness, and keeping the store clean and tidy. Assists customers with locating items and may handle basic cashier duties. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the store backroom and aisles. Assist with inventory as needed. May operate power equipment for stocking and moving merchandise. Performs other related duties as required. Requirements Exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
