I’m looking for a reliable, kind, and engaging babysitter/nanny to help with my two kids (ages 12 and 9) for every‑other week care through the rest of the summer during standard business hours. Care would take place in my home in Lakeland, and the day-to-day would include things like: Hanging out with the kids Going to the pool or doing fun activities Light housework while they’re occupied Creating a safe, calm, and positive environment Both of my children are on the autism spectrum, which is why traditional daycare isn’t a great fit. They’re loving, bright, and genuinely good kids — they just thrive with caregivers who are patient, understanding, and willing to connect with them on their level. I’m also hoping to build a small “village” of trusted helpers who might be open to occasional on‑call hours (for things like a haircut or an errand where I need an hour or two of coverage).
