Technical Recruiter We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to identify and connect with top IT talent for specialized opportunities in the technology sector. We are a global leader in IT professional resourcing, permanent recruitment, project solutions, and managed services. Work Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid - 3 days) Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Salary Range: $40,000 - $80,000 (DOE, plus uncapped commission) Job Duties: Utilize professional networking and sourcing technology such as Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, and Dice to identify, connect with, and recruit diverse IT candidates for specialized financial services projects. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure all client projects are fully staffed with top talent on time. Routinely attended local networking events to help generate a strong talent pipeline and cultivate an army of referral sources. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants to drive loyalty and engagement. Partner with clients to consult on their complex IT talent needs and deliver comprehensive workforce solutions. Achieve established weekly and quarterly performance targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Participate in company training, coaching, and mentoring programs to continuously develop advanced technical recruiting expertise. Ideal Background: 3+ years of professional technical recruiting experience within a fast-paced IT or Engineering recruitment agency environment. Experience leveraging local networking events to help generate a strong talent pipeline and cultivate an army of referral sources. Power User of applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques with tools such as Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, and Dice Experience utilizing AI platforms to speed up workflow and decision making capabilities Proven ability to produce results, hit goals, learn quickly, and adapt to changing market conditions. Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of planning and managing a busy workload. High School Diploma or equivalent.
