Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible North Carolina SLP licensure
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status; clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services for K-12th grade students within the school environment
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and generate tailored treatment plans to address individualized education goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with all federal and state special education requirements
• Offer teacher and parent consultations to promote generalization of communication strategies in different settings
