About The Role We are seeking a talented Sound Designer to join our game development team and help craft high-quality audio experiences for our gaming products. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of game audio production, including music composition, sound design, recording, editing, and delivery of implementation‑ready assets. You will collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Engineers to create immersive and engaging soundscapes that enhance gameplay and strengthen the player experience. This is a creative and technical role requiring strong audio craftsmanship, collaboration skills, and a passion for interactive entertainment. What You’ll Do Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Software Engineers to create compelling game experiences. Compose original music across a variety of styles and genres. Record, mix, and master music and sound assets to production quality standards. Design high‑quality sound effects, atmospheres, and sonic textures aligned with each game’s theme. Develop cohesive audio identities that support gameplay and narrative. Coordinate with the creative team to ensure audio enhances the overall player experience. Prepare and organize audio assets for integration into the game pipeline. Contribute to improvements in audio workflows, tools, and production processes. Manage multiple audio deliverables across concurrent projects. What Success Looks Like Deliver high‑quality music and sound design that enhances the player experience. Create audio that aligns with the creative vision and technical requirements of each game. Meet production deadlines while maintaining strong quality standards. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Maintain well‑organized, implementation‑ready audio assets. Continuously improve audio quality and production efficiency. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Music, Sound Design, Audio Engineering, Media Production, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in sound design, audio production, or related roles. Strong proficiency with industry audio tools such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or similar DAWs. Experience using third‑party plugins and virtual instruments. Strong music composition skills with the ability to create memorable musical themes. Solid understanding of sound design principles and interactive audio needs. Experience with recording techniques and microphone placement. Strong knowledge of audio engineering and post‑production techniques. Ability to organize and deliver production‑ready audio assets. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Haves Experience with EastWest, Kontakt, Omnisphere, or similar tools. Home studio setup for music and sound production. Previous experience in the gaming or interactive entertainment industry. Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
