Role context
In a context of sustained growth of business activity and progressive deployment to other business location (APAC, US), and to improve our support capability we are looking for an additional functional support officer.
The Res support officer will intervene on the whole Res Suite applicative chain (from Pre Trade -origination and tendering till booking in Trading system for risk analysis and invoicing through contract and asset life-cycle management all along the contractual period of the PPA) and support all types of business users (Originator, Structurer, Trader, ResOps & Back Office) using Res Suite.
Reporting line
As member of OCM IS's Res transversal team , the Res suite support officer will report to OCM DC manager.
In terms of support processes and tooling ( incident and problem management), he'll follow the processes and guidelines defined at Power IS level by the transversal support team "Power Guard".
