Job Details Nurse Supervisor:
* Monday - Friday, 8-hr Day Shift
* TRUE Administrative Supervisor role
* The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the RN's & LPN's, maintain performance, ensure compliance, rounding, lead morning staff meetings, participate in hiring and training new staff, etc.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Registered Nurse with active GA license
* Must have leadership experience as a Supervisor or higher
* Proven experience training/mentoring staff, ensuring high quality patient care, compliance, etc.
* Exceptional communication skills
* BLS Certified
