Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of internal medicine and behavioral health services to the residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. The Position

As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

Qualifications
• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state.
• A completed masters in social work.
