Rula Health, part of Rula Technologies’ innovative ecosystem, is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services while leveraging modern digital tools to improve access, coordination, and outcomes for our clients. As an LCSW at Rula Health, you will deliver direct clinical care through a blend of in-person and secure telehealth sessions. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5–aligned diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Drawing on modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse panel of clients across the lifespan. You will play a key role in crisis intervention and risk assessment, including suicide and homicide risk, safety planning, and coordination with emergency and community resources when necessary. You will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our electronic health record system, tracking progress, outcomes, and care plans in alignment with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements. Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with psychiatrists, primary care clinicians, case managers, and other members of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure that clients receive holistic, coordinated services. You will participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives that help refine our integrated care model and enhance the client experience. You will also help connect clients and families to relevant community resources, social services, and support networks that address social determinants of health. The ideal candidate holds an active, unrestricted LCSW license in the state of practice and brings at least three to five years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or integrated primary care settings.
