Lead Installer is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.
Required experience:
Compensation: ($800-1000+ per week) -- 8% of Revenue based on 2 per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn.
