A global automotive parts manufacture near Buffalo, WV is searching for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant / Specialist .

Human Resources (HR) Assistant / Specialist . Responsibilities:

• Assist and support activities related to HR operations
• Support the recruiting of and onboarding of company staff
• Assist in employee relations matters
• Process payroll
• Maintain strict confidentiality while preparing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and regulatory compliance records
• Other job duties are assigned as needed

Human Resources (HR) Assistant / Specialist Requirements:

• High school Diploma
• At least 3 years of Human Resources (HR) experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an Intermediate or higher level
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – read, speak and write
• Strong at numbers and calculation
• Team worker, punctual, organized, details oriented
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 20 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
