Federal Construction Project Manager $120,000 - $170,000 per year | Albuquerque, NM | On-site | Permanent Established Federal Construction Firm Seeks Project Manager for Mission Critical project! This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution including schedule, budget, subcontractors, procurement, client communication, documentation, quality, and overall project performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing federal construction projects and be comfortable working in secure, highly regulated environments where planning, coordination and execution are critical to project success. Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues Ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations Support procurement, buyout, and subcontract administration Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Quality Control, and Safety personnel Maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience in federal construction Experience managing federal construction projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and cost control Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications USACE, DoD, DOE, AFCEC, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agency experience Mission‑critical, laboratory, data center, semiconductor, energy, industrial, or secure facility experience Design‑Build project experience Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Active or previously held security clearance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
