Overview FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary entrepreneur to co‑found their next B2B SaaS startup. FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co‑creates world‑class software companies with values‑driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. The team includes founders, operators and designers with experience successfully bringing software to market at scale. You’ll work closely with John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur who has taken several B2B SaaS ventures from 0 to $100 M in ARR, and with other leaders: Joshua (CFO and strategic advisor), Kevin (product leader), Alan (early‑stage idea validation expert), and Prathna (early‑stage investor & strategic advisor). What we bring to the table A proven process and playbook Experience to help you avoid past mistakes A committed and engaged team From day one, a superstar bench of marketers, designers, and technologists to work with you A lifelong partner with capital Your co‑founder and first investor, supporting growth of the business What you bring to the table You’re motivated to co‑found a new venture as CEO You have an entrepreneurial calling, whether with us or independently You understand what you’re signing up for You have co‑founded a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or have equivalent intrapreneurial experience You bring relevant domain expertise or industry advantage You understand your domain/industry well, recognize challenges and are passionate about solving them What you can expect Daily active engagement with our team Early‑stage testing, validation, and refinement of business ideas to ensure product‑market fit A willingness to iterate on and kill many ideas before reaching the silver bullet Creation of prototypes to validate and sell potential solutions Launch of an initial product, achieving market traction, and preparing for pre‑seed and seed fundraising Building a team, product, revenue model, business, and investor base Ownership of the P&L for the new entity Significant equity stake in the new business A full‑time, exclusive commitment to building and owning a new SaaS venture Requirements Ready to commit full‑time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey Risk appetite and capacity; have read our post on the Entrepreneurial Risk Profile Relevant domain expertise or industry advantage, with passion to solve challenges in that domain Prior experience co‑founding and leading an early‑stage company (product company or B2B SaaS venture) or equivalent intrapreneurial experience Desire to be a venture‑backed co‑founder Generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline (sales, tech, product, design, marketing, etc.) Experience pitching to investors and raising capital #J-18808-Ljbffr FutureSight
