Inhouse Support Technician

As an Inhouse Support Technician, you'll help keep our warehouse operations, contents processing, and electronics testing running smoothly. You'll work hands-on with inventory, ensure accurate documentation, assist with deliveries, and support the overall organization and flow of our facility.

This is an active, fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability make all the difference.

Your first 90 days are focused on learning, growth, and hands-on experience:

• Learn CRDN systems, workflows, and warehouse processes.
• Take ownership of pallet scanning, documentation, and testing tasks.
• Work independently, improve workflows, and help train new team members.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using technology (email, inventory systems, scanning tools).
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus.
