*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and maintain construction documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, contracts, and quality records.
* Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and version control of all project documents throughout the construction process.
* Coordinate document workflows between internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain document control logs, registers, and schedules to support project tracking and reporting.
* Support project scheduling, project controls, and contract administration through accurate documentation management.
* Review incoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and procedures.
* Monitor document status and follow up on outstanding RFIs, submittals, and approvals.
* Ensure compliance with document control procedures, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
* Utilize Aconex (Oracle) to upload, track, archive, and retrieve project documentation efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education preferred.
-Experience in an administrate role working with excel.
