Job Description

Overview

A sophisticated, well-traveled family is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Nanny to provide dedicated care for their one-year-old daughter and occasional support for their five-year-old son when he is not in school. This is a long-term opportunity for a polished, adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic, loving household.

The family values discretion, flexibility, and a collaborative approach, with both parents and grandparents actively involved in the children’s lives. The ideal candidate will be excited by a travel-heavy role.

Note: Family is traveling to London at the end of May and require Nanny to travel with them. While travel is a significant component of the role, the family is understanding and can coordinate support with grandparents if the nanny is unable to attend every trip.

  • Travel support and occasional overnight care
  • Collaborate seamlessly with parents and grandparents
  • Travel with family 4-6x a year, sometimes two weeks at a time
Qualifications
  • Able to swim is a plus (son knows how to swim, family has a pool)
  • Caring, loving, takes initiative on their own, self starter, organized, and upbeat
Requirements
  • Experienced with infants and young children, confident managing multiple age groups
  • Flexible, proactive, and highly organized
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and changing environments
  • Warm, engaging, and aligned with a low screen-time, developmentally focused approach

  • Willing to drive (family car provided)

A background similar to a Norland College-trained nanny is highly desirable, though not required.
